Duel Between the Army SNCO and Marine Colonel

We have been playing around with Artificial Intelligence generated poems. Here is a great one by AI and my friend Albert the Army Staff NCO. He and I frequently duel online about foreign wars, the military and politics. I liked the poem a lot, but as you will see it is a rich fantasy with the Army beating Marines.

The sergeant stood tall in his blue uniform,
His eyes were fierce and his face severe
As he faced the grim-faced marine colonel
An epic duel they would soon endure
The colonel was proud in his green fatigues
His stance was firm and his stance was proud
He had seen much in his years of service
And he was ready for this duel to be allowed
Their guns were drawn, the rules were set
For a battle of wills to be fought
But this was no ordinary duel
For a great offense had been brought
In a clash of steel and a flurry of shots
The two men fought for hours long
Until at last the sergeant stood victorious
The colonel’s honor was gone
The sergeant was hailed for his courage and skill
Though a heavy price was paid
For in the end, one man had won

But the other’s life had been betrayed
