Ron Wozniak retired from the Marine Corps and the Det in July 1996. They could not keep it together after he left . The Det was disbanded soon after that.

I have been to at least 4 Woz retirement parties. He retires early and often. He keeps going back to work and then retiring again. He is back working at Centcom again - Sepember 2020 and is planning his next party.
