Wardlow and Zimmer

Well -- let's do the PFT and find out who is the youngest--wait--I can't until I replace my knee and then I will have to train for a year or so.

Lynn Wardlow

Well, a knee...a mere flesh wound!  The pictures are awesome.  Miss everyone.  Hit the Quantico Museum last Dec., quite impressive.  Four hours was not nearly enough.  I only stopped for a Marine haircut.  Barbershop wasn’t open, so I still have my hair...sorta.  Just reviewed some more pics...why do you guys look older than I remember?

I will see you alll in Chi-town!

Ivan Zimmer

Marines in Tarawa

Ald. Jim Balcer called yesterday requesting that we put out the word to the Marine community about the screening of a documentary on the effort to recover Marine remains from Tarawa. It's September 9 @ 6pm, at AMC 322 East Illinois.

Can you send it out to the distro list. Thanks

Drew

Cindy Waters

Really appreciate that you have included me with this group!!   I do still get together with Mitch's 3/57 group and a small group of Chicago Marines (Jennings, Stack, Neumann, Price, Nardiello, and McFadden).   Wish I could do it all.....

Just know I'm loving AZ, and have great memories of Chicago and all of you there.  My big change only proves there are nice people everywhere, and exciting things in which to become involved!!  Sangalis' and Coyne's have been out here recently; and I love having visitors.

Happy to show anyone the rocks and brown mountains I've come to love!   Life is good!!!!!
Please give my best to all!
